I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel, with a stunning view of the falls from my room and a great location near attractions. The service was friendly, but I had some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the dining options were a bit underwhelming. It provided good value for the price, but there's definitely room for improvement in certain areas.

The room had a breathtaking view of the falls with a large wall of windows, but I was a bit surprised to find the bathtub still had water pooled in it.

The staff was exceptionally nice and super helpful, although they weren't very informative at times. They promised to remove my $25 parking fee, which was a nice gesture.

The location was convenient, just a step away from the falls and close to restaurants and attractions, offering easy access to everything I wanted to see.
